Callie takes her duties very seriously—mainly ensuring “treat o’clock” (noon) is strictly observed. A seasoned expert in strategic Zoom appearances and keyboard lounging, she brings a unique perspective to workplace productivity (less work, more naps). When not advocating for extra snacks, she enjoys sunbeam lounging, paper redistribution (aka knocking things off desks), and silently judging humans.

As COO (Cat of Operations), Penny runs a tight ship—ensuring all boxes are thoroughly inspected, all laps are appropriately occupied, and all household activities adhere to her strict schedule. She specializes in early morning wake-up calls, and enforcing mandatory break times (for pets, of course). A true leader, Penny believes in leading by example—mainly by napping on Stephanie’s desk (or lap) through meetings and delegating all the hard work to the rest of the team.
